MS509 Updating Steps

1. Install MaxiLink in your computer.
You can find the MaxiLink setup program included in the CD. Install the MaxiLink in your PC and run the program.

2. Connect the MS509 to your PC with the cable included.

3. If the connection is fine, you will find the status bar at the top of MaxiLink window become green, showed as the image.

4. Click “Select File” on the MaxiLink window to locate the update file.
Note: There are two update files in this zip. Our MS509 had changed hardware design so
you would not know which one is the applicable one for you. Don’t worry just try one by
one. The one which works fine is the correct one.

5. Click “Update” to begin updating your tool. When update is done, the MaxiLink will pop up a message.

6. Power off the tool then on again to finish the update.

Autopromotec 2013 -- Launch Europe

Launch Europe Gmbh, the reprentative of LAUNCH in Europe market, took participation in Autopromotec Bologna 2013 again, with LAUNCH innovative star product iDiag to attract the most attention of the visitors, as well as many players of automotive aftermarket industry.

Autopromotec is the most specialized exhibition in the world for the assistance to the automotive industry and is a benchmark of the international automotive aftermarket: it takes place in Bologna Trade Fair Centre from 22. - 26. May 2013. Autopromotec covered a large area from a total of 156,000 square meters, and over there 1,512 exhibitors showed their products to 102,536 visitors.

Launch stand is located in the hall 14, which is specialized for world leading manufacturers of auto diagnosis equipment and top players of garage equipment business, representing the most advance of auto diagnosis and garage equipment technology development.

Over the 150 sqm 4-sides-open stand, Launch showed full range of auto diagnosis equipment, from DIY tool Creader, Semi-pro tool Creader Pro, to professional equipment, Diagun III, GDS, X431 Pad. The highlight is new iDiag, which is based on the mobile internet technology and most popular smart phone and tablet PC, such as Iphone, Ipad, Android tablet. On the white demonstration table like Apple store, many visitors play the iDiag and experience the frontline of new auto diagnosis technology and product, which is contributed by Launch to Automotive aftermarket.
Also, we showed the CAT501+ in our stand, and made demonstration by AT simulator how ATF exchange works and why it is necessary for auto AT service. It attracted many visitors, because it gave visitors a good impression of Launch profession level in AT service technology. Some more professional service tools/equipments like battery tester, CNC were displayed also in the stand.

The LAUNCH team, consisting of Mr. Eric Xue, Mr. Leonardo di Pietro, Mr. Stefano dél Sette, Mr. Leszek Wasniewski, Mr. Burkhard Schetting and Mrs. Jessica Timmerhoff , did their best to introduce dealers and customers about all the latest products, and showed Launch?s profession and hospitalities to visitors. Also, some dealers worked in our stand for reception of local visitors.

The enjoyable moment of this year's Autopromotec was the dealer's evening in Novotel, which started with welcome drinking, followed the iDiag presentation, BEST -DEALER-ITALY Award Ceremony, and ended with typical and delicious local meal and wine. Dozens of Italian dealers and some European dealers participated in this event. Thanks to Mr. Jason Hao from Launch HQ, who gave dealers the product presentation of iDiag. Matt Farah has owned an Aston Martin Vanquish for about nine years, so when it comes to knowing what to expect from the new-generation Vanquish, he should know best.

The 2014 Vanquish is powered by the same 6.0-liter V-12 setup that the 2012 model year uses, but with the output increased to 565 horsepower at 6,750 rpm and a peak torque of 457 pound-feet at 5,500 rpm. As a result, the car sprints from 0 to 60 mph in 4.1 seconds and up to a top speed of 186 mph.

Along with the more powerful engine, the new Vanquish also features a new design language that we think is the best Aston Martin design hat we’ve seen in the past few years. There is also a highly modified interior, and a revised suspension and braking system.
